How You Can Participate
Volunteer!
- Become a member of a mission team! Donate a week of your time to the Katrina rebuilding efforts and experience for yourself what it means to rebuild New Orleans.
- Want to coordinate a team of 10 or more? Contact Sally Altobello to discuss the many possibilities for work agencies and housing.
- Want to join a team already scheduled? Check out the Calendar Page for a week that fits into your schedule.
- Looking for financial assistance? Scholarships are available on a case-by-case basis, for up to 50% of the cost. Scholarship monies will be awarded after the recipient has made his/her financial contribution to the cost of the trip, according to the payment deadlines. Donate!
Often volunteers are willing to give their time but don't have the financial means to participate. Perhaps you have the monies but not the time or ability to volunteer. Let RH2NO make the connection for you! If you would like to make a donation to provide a scholarship for a future mission team member, write a check payable to Third Presbyterian Church, put RH2NO on the memo line, and mail it to:
